WARRANTY

AND RETURNS

RestoreHub stands behind its products and quality. We offer a 90 day warranty* on all replacement parts that have manufacturer defects.  All items received on acceptable condition will qualify for an exchange or a full refund.

90 Day Warranty

All products must be on their original condition in order to be accepted for a full refund or exchange. All physically damaged items will not be accepted and returned to customer at their own expense, no exceptions.

Items must not show any signs of physical damaged such as:

  • Scratches
  • Missing parts
  • Modification
  • Broken glass or flex cables
  • Damage during installation.

Note: International Customers are fully responsible for freight shipping costs. RestoreHub will not be responsible for any shipping cost, custom duty charges, taxes, or lost products.

Order Discrepancies

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy or shipping damage within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Submit a Return

Please complete the following form to start your return process. Once completed you will receive an email with instructions, return shipping address, and RMA form.

Please make sure that all of your items are in their original condition and meet the requirements mentioned on the 90 day warranty, or else they will not be accepted once returned.

Carefully pack your package to ensure it does not suffer any damage during transit. We are not responsible for damages caused by poor packaging.
